    Odin accepts online applications, underwrites, rates, quotes, and issues policies — all in real time.
  • Rating and Underwriting
    Odin underwrites and rates each applicant based on pre-defined, customizable criteria. Applications needing additional underwriting are appropriately flagged and expedited for review.
  • Issuance and Delivery
    Odin issues policies and all necessary endorsements and delivers the documents according to user preference. Both electronic and mail delivery methods are supported.
  • Electronic Billing and Payment
    Odin uses electronic billing and online payment, while it also supports paper billing statements and check processing.
  • Documentation
    To enhance workflow and customer service, Odin provides single point access for TRMS representatives to pertinent customer information, including application details, transactions, policy information, diary notes, and attachments. All documents are scanned and attached to each insured's secure electronic file.
  • Online Service Center
    The insured can, at any time, request a Certificate of Insurance, change an address, make a payment, etc. Odin's Online Service Center complements the TRMS live call center.
  • Ongoing Maintenance and Communication
    Odin facilitates ongoing correspondence with the insured. Renewal notices, letters, billing statements, and other essential documents are automatically generated and sent according to the insured's email or postal preference.
