Students much be working under the direct supervision of another licensed or qualified allied or health professional qualified to supervise your professional services and who monitors such services to verify they are being provided in conformance with the standard of care relevant to the student’s Health Care Specialty.

General Liability
General Liability provides protection for premises liability, host liquor, and fire legal liability. The policy includes General Liability including “slip-and-fall” coverage as a part of the standard policy. No additional premium is charged for this coverage. General liability coverage is designed to protect the insured if another person is injured in the provider’s office. For example, if someone slips on the carpet in the office and sustains an injury, the premises liability portion of the policy would be triggered. That is why this coverage is commonly referred to as “slip and fall” coverage. General liability coverage will follow you wherever your work takes you. (Rules for General Liability vary in Illinois and New York)
