Early Childhood Interventionists work with children, typically between birth and age three, who have developmental disabilities or delays. These professionals will first interview and observe the parent and child, and then make a recommendation called an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) that details the services the child will receive, where, when, for long, and the expected outcome.
