TRMS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
American Psychological Association Insurance Trust (the Trust),
incorporated in the District of Columbia and began operations in 2001.

TRMS was formed to underwrite and administer the Trust-sponsored Professional
Liability Program for Psychologists and is the General Agent for ACE (ACE American
Insurance Company or affiliated companies of ACE USA) on the program.
